What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software while ensuring it meets user needs and delivers value
- Actively seek opportunities for personal growth and tackle challenges using various development channels
- Create effective communication strategies to align product team goals and ensure user stories are developer-ready
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with diverse teams in an agile environment, adapting to the demands of various situations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in software engineering
- Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks
- Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably Java) and database technologies (Relational or NoSQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in software development
- Familiarity with cloud computing techniques and CI/CD tools
- Experience designing systems for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance, and Security
- Knowledge of security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication
- Exposure to developing technical roadmaps and modernizing legacy systems
