What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle by designing and executing tailored evaluations, demos, and Proof-of-Value (POV) projects
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and architecture, engaging with stakeholders from C-level executives to data scientists
- Manage hands-on activities throughout the AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, labeling, and LLM tuning
- Collaborate with sales leaders to influence deal strategies and facilitate smooth transitions to post-sales teams
- Develop reusable demos, workshop templates, and POV frameworks to systematize pre-sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years in AI/ML-focused pre-sales roles, or 5+ years in technical sales engineering with strong exposure to AI/LLM projects
- Proficiency with modern AI/LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenAI)
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise tech stacks
- Proven ability to frame customer problems and deliver impactful AI solutions in real-world settings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Federal Government clients is beneficial
