      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders across design, product, engineering, and operations to solve real-world problems
      - Own analytics systems and provide insights to address applied business challenges
      - Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and communicate tradeoffs effectively
      - Mentor team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
      - Utilize analytics tools to analyze data, generate hypotheses, and implement impactful solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional analytics experience with a proven record of managing analytics systems
      - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Git, Fivetran, Redshift, DBT, and Looker or equivalent tools
      - Familiarity with Python for analysis is a plus
