What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead comprehensive competitive analysis to monitor market positioning and competitor movements
- Conduct brand tracking studies and analyze brand perception in target markets
- Execute research initiatives to optimize pricing and packaging strategies
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to inform strategic decisions using customer insights
- Present research findings and recommendations to executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in market research, focusing on competitive intelligence and brand tracking
- Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proven track record in pricing and packaging research with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python, or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience with research platforms and tools (Qualtrics, Sprig, Dovetail, etc.)
- Knowledge of the sales technology and data intelligence market
- Experience building and scaling research functions
- Background in product-led growth or expansion research
