      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and execute the Voice AI Agent roadmap for scalable, intelligent voice automation
      - Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate agentic AI patterns
      - Drive the design and evolution of agent behavior and prompting strategies
      - Influence AI governance, reliability, and human oversight for Voice AI systems
      - Lead full-lifecycle product management from discovery to iteration based on performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in conversational AI, voice assistants, or agent-based systems
      - Strong foundational knowledge of agentic AI concepts and collaboration with AI research teams
      - Familiarity with modern AI orchestration frameworks and conversational AI technologies
      - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with contact center AI, telephony systems, or real-time inference pipelines
