  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory services for AI SIEM and related technologies
  - Consult with customers to develop customized architecture, success criteria, and project plans
  - Guide customers on ongoing security best practices and platform management
  - Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners to ensure consistent service delivery
  - Continuously improve methodologies and processes to enhance customer experience
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Prior experience in a Professional Services Engineer/Implementation Engineer role or related field services
  - Strong background with SIEM technologies and big data platforms
  - Project management skills, including resource coordination
  - Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to travel occasionally (no more than 25%)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proficiency in coding (C/C++, Bash, Perl, Python, etc.)
  - Experience with SOAR platforms and cloud technologies
  - Familiarity with RegEx and writing parsers
  - Customer-centric approach with a strong ability to establish relationships
  - Experience communicating with customers from diverse cultures
