What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage a large, complex project portfolio or multiple client projects
- Perform comprehensive needs analyses to understand customer's target market and value proposition
- Demonstrate advanced technical capabilities in cGMP processing and problem-solving
- Develop methods to proactively identify, monitor, and evaluate project challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver positive project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in a relevant scientific area with 8 years of project management experience
- PMP certification or similar preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical product lifecycles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate degree or MBA with 6 years of experience in project management
