What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct complex projects involving multiple teams and ensure seamless integration with activities beyond the project scope
- Empower teams to achieve project goals while managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating regular updates
- Develop and maintain comprehensive status reports, tracking project progress through key metrics
- Proactively identify risks and strategize to resolve issues while maintaining project momentum
- Drive initiatives to refine project management methodologies and lead by example
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant and related work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and leading distributed teams effectively
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate project details clearly to various organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Well-versed in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of the Education Technology industry
- Passionate about mentoring junior project managers
- PMP Certification and knowledge of Generative AI
