      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own full-cycle recruiting for various Care Transformation roles, including account management and customer success
      - Develop scalable sourcing strategies using AI tools, referrals, and social channels
      - Standardize and optimize hiring processes through structured scorecards and workflow automations
      - Lead candidate experience and closing strategy to ensure candidates feel informed and valued
      - Act as a strategic talent partner to leadership by forecasting hiring needs and embedding talent strategy into planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in leading full-cycle recruiting efforts in early-stage startups
      - Ability to build systems, processes, and documentation from scratch in a fast-paced environment
      - Experience hiring across various functions, including sales and technical roles
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style across different stakeholders
      - Strong focus on candidate experience and high-bar hiring processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using tools like Ashby and structured scorecards for hiring processes
      - Familiarity with evaluating both skill and team fit during the hiring process
      - Resilience and resourcefulness in navigating ambiguous environments
