What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead hands-on development of complex pricing rules, product configurations, and custom solutions for critical applications
- Take ownership of Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and implementation, ensuring scalability and performance
- Drive custom Go-To-Market initiatives by building components to enhance standard functionality
- Support Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives with a solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes
- Act as a mentor and technical expert for the Salesforce GTM engineering team, elevating team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade applications with custom development using modern frameworks
- Proven experience in architecture, design, and implementation of complex projects for Sales Cloud and related systems
- Strong background in developing secure solutions that comply with native Salesforce practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification and CPQ Specialist certification
- Additional relevant Salesforce certifications for Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
