What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the support of technology-related modernization efforts impacting driver licensing, vehicle registration, and other services
- Review, recommend, coordinate, and implement modernization projects to streamline work processes
- Develop conceptual designs, implementation strategies, and action plans for new projects
- Serve as a project lead for divisional and multi-divisional initiatives
- Assist in fulfilling customer needs through expanded digital services and automation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible for civil service job opportunities and meet minimum qualifications stated in the classification specification
- Background investigation clearance required prior to hire
- Experience in project management or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to facilitate meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
