  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software systems for the AI Phone Assistant
  - Design and implement AI-driven workflows using large language models and conversational AI
  - Lead prompt engineering and system optimization to enhance performance and reliability
  - Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to deliver AI capabilities
  - Stay updated on emerging GenAI tools and technologies to address user challenges
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7+ years of professional software development experience
  - At least 2+ years in building or integrating AI/ML systems in production
  - Strong proficiency in C# and experience with distributed systems and microservices
  - Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  - Proven technical leadership in major systems or product areas

  - Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI-powered conversational interfaces
