What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end development of consumer-facing applications using C#, React, and AWS-based microservices
- Build reliable and performant systems that manage complex scheduling logic for healthcare providers
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and designers to enhance user experience
- Champion engineering excellence through high-quality code and operational ownership
- Mentor peers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of significant expertise in full-stack development
- Experience with AWS environments and a strong emphasis on testing
- Proven ability to design and build user-facing web applications that scale
- Effective communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for technology and critical thinking about software performance, scalability, and reliability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with object-oriented or functional programming languages such as C#, Scala, React, and Node.js
- A track record of successfully mentoring engineers and promoting best practices
- Enthusiasm for solving high-impact, system-level problems
