  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate across teams to define system requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
  - Lead execution of high-priority platform projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
  - Take ownership of the feature development lifecycle from requirement refinement to production deployment
  - Build and maintain secure and scalable backend infrastructure to support other development teams
  - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Several years of experience in designing services and developing features using Java
  - Proven knowledge in designing and architecting large and scalable cloud-based applications
  - Experience developing on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization & orchestration (Docker, Helm, Kubernetes)
  - Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies
  - Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Spring framework family (Boot, Web, Web-Flux, Cloud), Gradle, and Jooq
  - Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse
  - Knowledge of Python and/or Go
  - Experience working with large-scale management systems and optimizing systems for scalability and performance
