  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Typically 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
  - Deep familiarity with modern AI coding workflows and ability to engineer around model limitations
  - Strong focus on solving user problems and ensuring solution adoption
  - Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver complex features with minimal oversight
  - Exceptional skills in scripting to automate tasks while maintaining production robustness
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Expertise in production-grade systems, including backend services (Python/Go), cloud infrastructure, and data systems
  - Experience in AI evangelism through documentation, workshops, or technical sessions
  - Background in building internal developer platforms, CLIs, or CI/CD systems at scale
  - Contributions to open-source developer tools or AI frameworks
