  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and develop software solutions to enhance the user experience for the Governance feature
  - Contribute to open-source software enhancements that power the platform
  - Create technical designs and effectively communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders
  - Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality outputs from fellow engineers
  - Collaborate with product managers to ensure timely and well-planned solution delivery
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly in distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
  - Proficiency in API design and development, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  - Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, Go, or Python for high-performance backend solutions
  - Experience with cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices
  - Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and modular service design
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience building production-grade software, preferably in Scala or Go
  - Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of system design and architecture
  - Ability to work independently while being a reliable team member
  - Previous experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
