      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
      - Integrate third-party interface engines to enable seamless data exchange between healthcare systems
      - Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulations like HIPAA
      - Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
      - Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related field
      - Strong proficiency in Go programming language
      - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
      - Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with third-party interface engines like Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody
      - Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns
      - Ability to design and implement solutions ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
