      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated systems
      - Define and influence architectural and strategic direction for the Customer Support & Services department
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust end-to-end solutions
      - Research and evaluate commercial and open-source solutions, making recommendations for new capabilities
      - Advocate for high standards in code quality and performance enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven industry experience as a technology thought partner
      - Strong communication skills for influencing across teams and leadership levels
      - Hands-on experience integrating and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and APIs
      - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
      - Proficiency in the PHP programming language

      - Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic planning
