  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own and contribute to the architecture, strategic design, and end-to-end development of the employer's Messaging Platform.
  - Ship efficient and scalable code to millions of users autonomously across systems serving providers, patients, and payors.
  - Champion collaboration with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers from all areas of the employer's organization.
  - Mentor and develop teammates, scaling impact by enhancing their contributions.
  - Design and build user-facing web applications that scale.
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience with an emphasis on solid testing practices and continuous integration.
  - Proven track record of thinking critically about performance, scalability, and reliability of software.
  - Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to tailor artifacts and explanations to variously technical audiences.
  - Experience architecting and implementing fast and efficient software solutions using object-oriented or functional languages.
  - Familiarity with CRM concepts and utilizing customer data at scale while respecting a complex compliance landscape.
