What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical strategy for the Provider Performance analytics platform
- Architect and write code for key roadmap initiatives
- Foster relationships with engineers and partners in Product, Design, and Analytics
- Improve the reliability and accuracy of core data and booking attribution systems
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and one-on-one pairing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in .NET and AWS or equivalent cloud technology
- Fundamental understanding of building and scaling data-intensive analytics platforms
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows
- Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed
- Passion for creating equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces
