What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to specifications and best practices
- Lead a team of approximately 10 CRM Engineers, both onsite and offshore
- Collaborate with Architects and Product Management to meet business needs and technical objectives
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure system performance, security, and testing requirements are met in collaboration with project teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of proven experience with end-to-end implementations on the SFDC platform, particularly Sales Cloud
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in development technologies including Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with API integration technologies (SOAP, REST) and middleware tools such as Kafka and Informatica
- Familiarity with security requirements, release management, and CI/CD concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS and data engineering principles
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like TableauCRM or MicroStrategy
- Background in advertising sales within the media and entertainment industry
- Salesforce Certifications such as "Advanced Administrator" or "Platform Developer II"
