What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion code quality, reusability, scalability, security, and strategic software architecture decisions
- Mentor software engineers through code reviews and proven design patterns
- Collaborate with Product and Project Management to develop technical game plans from initial concepts
- Participate in evaluating potential hires to ensure a good team fit
- Contribute positively to the working environment and company culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
- Proficient in drafting, validating, and implementing software systems architecture
- Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks for a team of 4+ Engineers
- Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and React Native; familiarity with NestJS and Node.js
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Advocate for code testing with knowledge of common frameworks for unit, integration, and functional tests
