What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in all phases of product development, including design, development, testing, and release of features for providers and patients
- Lead large, high-visibility projects while managing deadlines and navigating ambiguity
- Ship scalable production code across the development stack
- Own the software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and observability
- Mentor peers and promote new technologies to improve workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Meaningful (7+ years) experience in full stack software development
- Strong understanding of system design and architecture
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quickly and reliably
