      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set technical strategy vision for the team and align it with critical business-impacting projects.
      - Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle to manage technical sustainability and risks.
      - Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating for technical solutions and operational processes.
      - Ensure team operations and availability through monitoring, triage rotations, and playbooks.
      - Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience designing and launching backend systems at scale using scripting and development languages like Bash, Python, or Kotlin.
      - Extensive track record in developing highly available distributed systems using technologies such as AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
      - Proven experience managing the Incident Lifecycle process from incident management to post-incident analysis.
      - 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability or Production Engineering teams.
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders.
