      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide geriatric medicine services, including diagnosis, treatment, and care for community-based patients through in-home visits and virtual consultations
      - Collaborate with primary, tertiary, and other clinical services to manage older patients, preventing hospital admissions
      - Deliver care through a virtual multidisciplinary outreach model, ensuring high-quality service integration
      - Contribute to teaching, research, and innovation to enhance outcomes for older patients
      - Support care in place for residents in Residential Aged Care Homes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Specialist registration as a geriatrician
      - Recent experience delivering care at a tertiary referral teaching hospital standard
      - Demonstrated ability to manage patients within the discipline of Geriatric Medicine
      - Proven ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team of medical, nursing, and allied health professionals
      - Exceptional communication skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar role within a virtual care setting
      - Additional qualifications or training in geriatrics or related fields
      - Familiarity with community health services and resources
      - Experience with teaching or training healthcare professionals
      - Knowledge of contemporary issues in geriatric medicine
