Execute global tech talent development programs end to end
Build stakeholder partnerships/buy-in for the program globally
Ensure program execution quality and excellence for each of our program
Define, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of the program
Set up the right processes to ensure consistency in quality, component documentation.
Develop/Oversee development of the necessary tools/portal etc. to ensure a great User experience for all associates
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well effectively coordinating the implementations across teams using very different approaches
Interact with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features
Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies and provide the right view to them via reporting/Dashboards
Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (engineering, Business, product, leadership)
Program Manage the tech initiatives that Tech Strategy team coordinates/initiates like Idea Portal, etc.
An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/PhD in any stream – Computer Science preferred.
Overall 11+years in IT experience with 9+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry..
Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.
Experienced PMO with demonstrable track record of supporting multiple programs projects
Understanding of Program Project management methodologies and governance
Strong project management & cross group collaboration skills.
Prior experience with Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of the different Phases of Development Life Cycle and Experience managing the same
Experience of working with Technology deliveries and complex programs projects
Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Preferably CSM/SAFe certified
Strong experience in Project Management Information systems including but not limited to Jira ,Excel & Confluence
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Well versed with generating Reports and Dashboards using JIRA (or/and tools used)
Has experience in managing an SAP Implementation or support projects
Understanding of Business Processes e.g: Finance/Accounting, and have basic knowledge of SAP (functional or technical),SQL, JQL, REST API, Microservices, automations is added advantage.
