      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the planning, execution, and management of technology programs and projects
      - Implement strategies and processes to optimize the portfolio of projects within core technology capabilities
      - Monitor initiative performance, identify areas for optimization, and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders
      - Drive the planning and execution of cross-functional technology programs
      - Educate and coach delivery leaders on effective project management techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of proven experience in a technology leadership role
      - 8+ years of experience in technology portfolio, program, and project management
      - 5+ years of experience with project management tools
      - 5+ years of experience with agile development methodology
      - Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated understanding of technology in core areas such as product, platform, enterprise, data AI/ML, cyber, or infrastructure
      - Proven experience developing impactful relationships to influence and drive change
      - Ability to work with complexity and strong critical thinking skills
      - Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative skills
