  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  - Drive the adoption and consumption of cybersecurity products post-sales
  - Manage client expectations and negotiate resolutions for complex issues
  - Identify process gaps and implement standard operating procedures for efficiency
  - Deliver regular updates on project status and key performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role
  - Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects, preferably involving SIEM implementations and migrations
  - Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, and SOAR
  - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  - Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and accountability
  - Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams
  - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
