What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own research strategy for a product area or cross-team initiative
- Design and execute end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research
- Identify patterns across studies and connect insights to product decisions
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to frame the right problems
- Mentor mid-level and senior researchers through critique and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10+ years of user research experience with digital products in fast-paced, high-growth, or technically complex environments
- Proven track record of portfolio-level impact and experience in user research methodologies
- Ability to navigate and simplify multifaceted, ambiguous problem spaces while maintaining high execution standards
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills capable of influencing cross-functional partners
- Strong product judgment and business acumen
