      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate staff assignments to align with patient care needs and provide effective scheduling support
      - Utilize staffing technology to ensure adequate staff allocation in the healthcare facility
      - Document staff assignments and manage timecard accuracy for payroll compliance
      - Communicate staffing changes and updates to staff using electronic communication systems
      - Participate in staff meetings and provide orientation for new staff members as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED preferred
      - 0 to 2 years of basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify priorities and work independently
      - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers using proper etiquette
      - Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced medical environment
      - Ability to anticipate staffing needs and utilize critical thinking skills
