ResponsibilitiesJob description
Roxbury Treatment Center is currently recruiting a full-time Staffing Coordinator to oversee staffing for all three units on a 24/7 basis. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for meeting staffing needs on the acute and substance use disorder units, scheduling, and informing the Nurse Manager/MHT Supervisor/Clinical Coordinator of all staffing issues of the unit. The Staffing Coordinator also works as a direct care staff as necessary,

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree or licensed nurse preferred. One year prior experience in inpatient or behavioral health staffing is preferred.
