      What You’ll be Doing

      • Determine optimal staffing levels and coordinate recruitment needs with Senior P&C representative.
      • Leverage scheduling software to coordinate fulfillment of shifts/positions.
      • Handle after-business-hour calls and scheduling modifications in emergency situations.
      • Process employee employment needs with HR resource.
      • Communicate terminations and new hires to staffing call center and update HRIS platform.
      • Interview toll collector candidates, supervisors, and custodians.
      • Maintain HRIS system accuracy and record employee performance.

      You'll report to Sr. Manager of Operations

      During a Typical Day, You’ll

      · Ensure employees are accurately added to biometric devices for punch-in actions.

      · Maintain routine and ongoing records of employee performance/actions.

      · Communicate escalated HR concerns to HR resource in the office.

      · Adhere to 80% of time in field at assigned toll facilities by visiting them daily.

      · Administer disciplinary actions when necessary, including employee terminations.

      · Participate in meetings to align with operation status and headcount needs.

      · Respond to service center escalations on last-minute call outs or openings

      What You Bring to the Role

      · High School Diploma and experience with staffing large groups of employees

      · Minimum 2 years’ experience with recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and progressive discipline.

      · Minimum of 1 year experience with operations, workforce management, scheduling and staffing, and employee management.

      · Experience with Kronos, Dimensions, Oracle HRIS systems a plus

      The anticipated range is $55,000-$58,700 Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
