What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with caregivers and clients to schedule and coordinate caregiver placements with families
- Liaise with clients, staff, and community partners
- Act as a problem solver for clients and respond to inquiries from caregivers
- Report client and staff concerns to Staffing Manager
- Collect and enter pertinent client and caregiver data into the computer system
- Provide administrative support for ongoing recruitment and hiring of new caregiver staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in an office setting
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and ability to learn proprietary software
