  VOS MISSIONS
  
  Freshfields LLP recherche, pour son équipe Contentieux du bureau de Paris (8ème arrondissement), un(e) stagiaire à temps plein.
  
  Nos stagiaires sont intégrés à l’équipe pour seconder les collaborateurs, comme les associés, dans le cadre de missions en lien avec les dossiers en cours. Ils participent notamment à la rédaction de notes en français et en anglais, à des projets de conclusions et procèdent également à des recherches juridiques approfondies.
  
  VOTRE PROFIL
  
  Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage en Contentieux, vous êtes titulaire du CRFPA et bénéficiez d'un excellent parcours universitaire en droit des affaires éventuellement accompagné d'un diplôme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce ou/et LLM. Vous disposez également d’un très bon niveau d’anglais vous permettant d’évoluer aisément auprès de notre clientèle internationale.
  
  Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique et développer votre expertise dans un environnement stimulant en travaillant sur des dossiers variés.
  
  Compétences requises :

  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Sens de la rigueur et de l’organisation ;
  • Bon relationnel et excellente communication à l’écrit comme à l’oral en français et en anglais ;

  YOUR ROLE
  
  Freshfields LLP is looking for a full-time intern for its Litigation team in its Paris office (8th district).

  
  Our interns join the legal team to assist the associates, as well as the partners, in assignments related to current cases. In particular. they participate in the drafting of memoranda in French and in English, drafting pleadings and also carrying out in-depth legal researches.
  
  YOUR PROFILE
  
  You are looking for an internship in Litigation Law, you have passed the "CRFPA" (entrance to French bar school) exam and have an excellent academic background in business law possibly together with a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School or/and an LLM. You also have a very good level of English, enabling you to work with ease with our international clients.

  You wish to join a dynamic team and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on a variety of files.

  
  Skills required:

  • Analytical mind and ability to synthesise information;
  • Rigour and organisational skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in French and in English;
  • Ability to work in a team in a spirit of mutual assistance.
