What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor specimen testing and resulting workflow post collection for all STAT orders
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the Laboratory for speedy resulting and release of results
- Complete data entry of patient demographics and lab order collection details
- Actively monitor LIS "STAT Tracking" program and conduct appropriate follow-up on pending orders
- Relay critical report values to appropriate personnel at client facilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Dedicated and detail-oriented with a strong team player mentality
- Ability to work cooperatively with various departments and external parties
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Self-starter with a flexible approach to work schedules
