What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee strategic planning and daily operations of the digital lottery platform
- Manage game and feature launches to enhance player engagement and digital revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure platform stability and compliance
- Document business and product requirements for ongoing platform enhancements
- Lead initiatives aligned with the Lottery's digital transformation goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum of four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Technical expertise in iLottery platform architecture and digital gaming systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital lottery, gaming, or a closely related field
- Familiarity with strategic planning and project management in a digital context
- Knowledge of game integration and digital wallet technologies
- Previous experience working with Lottery platforms or digital gaming systems
