      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage the MOOSE platform and library of educational materials
      - Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to create and enhance MOOSE module content
      - Promote MOOSE materials and provide professional learning support to educators
      - Communicate effectively with educators and administrators statewide
      - Utilize technology for project management and development of educational resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced education or experience in Education, Human Resource Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
      - Demonstrated experience in staffing, training, multimedia promotions, and/or business planning
      - Knowledge of current learning research and exemplary educational practices
      - Ability to effectively communicate and provide professional development to educators
      - Proficiency in using various technological systems for educational purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project- and place-based learning methodologies
      - Familiarity with state and national educational standards and assessment systems
      - Knowledge of equity, inclusion, and belonging practices in education
      - Ability to manage projects and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders
      - Experience with systemic change strategies in educational settings
