      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain, update, and operate existing code while developing new code as needed for project reviews
      - Develop rationale in programs to ensure data quality and obtain required parameters
      - Apply formulas to derive necessary statistics for various psychometric data types
      - Document all programming procedures and file structures for each project comprehensively
      - Assist with quality control of data analysis results, applying criteria and reporting any questionable findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
      - Minimum 1 year of statistical analysis experience; psychometric programming experience with a testing company is preferred
      - Proficiency in R programming
      - Experience with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred
      - Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills with new software applications for test data analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with R Markdown is a plus
      - Previous work in a large-scale summative assessment environment
