What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and analyze databases/datasets using statistical analysis programs
- Lead collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets for reporting
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to testing sites
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present complex data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance public health outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
- Ability to perform duties consistent with the organization’s core mission and guiding principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Studio for graphic design
- Familiarity with epidemiological methods and public health initiatives
