Job Title: Statistician (Pre-Identified)
Introduction to role:
Are you ready to make a difference in the pharmaceutical industry? As a Statistician, you'll play a vital role in supporting study-level activities, including setup, conduct, analysis, and reporting. With your academic qualifications and a passion for statistics, you'll work under the guidance of experienced statisticians to tackle technical statistical projects and contribute to life-changing medicines.Accountabilities:
• Provide statistical support for standard study design and interpretation under the guidance of an experienced statistician.
• Engage in statistical validation activities and analyze internal and external information to inform design decisions.
• Apply modeling and simulation techniques to inform study design and assess the robustness of results.
• Develop Statistical Analysis Plans for standard study and project delivery.
• Produce analysis, supporting graphics, and analysis tables for projects such as preclinical studies, clinical study reports, Global Medical Affairs studies, or publications.
• Interpret, summarize, and communicate results of standard studies.
• Offer statistical support for regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to the improvement of methodology and provide practical solutions for problems.
• Enhance the application of statistical methodology to improve process and delivery activities.
• Develop best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Ensure the quality of statistical work by providing discipline-specific understanding, insight, and constructive challenge while being self-aware of development needs.Essential Skills/Experience:
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics (containing a substantial statistical component), or recognized equivalent to stats MSc
- Programming Knowledge and experience (SAS or R preferred)
- Communication skills
- Time Management

- Collaboration required
