What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and customization of aircraft cabin and cargo interiors for airline customers
- Perform engineering design, analysis, and integration of aircraft interior components from conceptual phase to final installation
- Manage the production of the Modification Definition dossier and ensure compliance with customer and certification requirements
- Contribute to skill development within the Mobile STC Solutions team
- Provide technical guidance and create technical documents and presentations without supervision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Minor in Engineering
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in design with cabin and cargo and/or system installation projects
- Experience working with Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) and/or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical procedures
- Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aircraft design and certification

- Familiarity with widely known technical principles and concepts in engineering
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
