What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop standards-based scope and sequence for Math, Science, and STEM products
- Create and support content development, including writing original content
- Review and create test items, practice problems, and modeling guides
- Ensure all digital STEM content meets accessibility standards
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to optimize the learning experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or STEM related field
- 3+ years experience as an instructional designer or curriculum developer
- 3 years experience teaching or writing standardized test prep material
- 2+ years teaching experience 6-12 STEM
- Experience working in multiple LMSs and ability to learn new applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Curriculum Design, Learning Design, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with developing and/or delivering SAT/ACT/TSIA preparation and college readiness curriculum
- Proficiency in educational technology and creating digital learning content
- Experience training or coaching adult learners
- Experience working in an educational environment serving BIPOC or first-generation students
