      Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Hatchery Support for our Stigler, OK location.

      Summary: Responsible for completing all hatchery reports to include: hatch data, egg inventory, chick invoices into M-Tech, driver log information, and all ordering through SAP.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Enters hatch, egg, and chick tickets into M-Tech.
      • Prepares reports for management.
      • Enters trip mileage into computer system.
      • Provides personnel information to Human Resources Department.
      • Answering phones, calling broiler farms
      • Makes daily farm delivery sheet
      • All purchasing and receiving
      • Filing and organizing paperwork
      • Performs other duties as required.

      Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

      Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

      Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

      Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

      Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
