- Have a passion to support your team to provide our customers with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty by tracking stock levels.
- Can accurately complete all paperwork procedures that are necessary for the store to function promptly
- Are open to assist with periodic stocktakes in store, and conduct necessary cycle counts to endure tracking of stock levels are accurate
- Work closely with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies in store
- Can manage all stock movements in and out of the store
- You have stock or inventory experience in a multi-serving fast pace retail environment
- You have experience using SAP
- You have a suitable level of physical fitness as you will be lifting and shifting boxes that can weigh up to 15kg
- An innate desire to help both internal and external customers comes naturally

The Opportunity:
The stockroom is the heart of our operations so as our next Inventory Control Assistant; you are fundamental in our business to provide support to manage the back of house and ensure it keeps ticking! This includes managing the inventory for the store including shipping, receiving and returning merchandise, and cycle-counting as well as ensuring that all processes are finished in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs. As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability.
