      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management
      - Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to build a strong team
      - Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
      - Handle cash management, bookkeeping, and merchandising tasks
      - Ensure adherence to food program standards and safety protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
      - Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
      - Strong skills in delegation, communication, and problem-solving
      - Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds
      - High School diploma or equivalent; additional college degree(s) are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in food handling or food service
      - Proven skills in recruiting and interviewing candidates
      - Familiarity with cash-handling and bookkeeping practices
      - Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
