What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager with the oversight of store operations, including daily tasks and bookkeeping
- Help with hiring, supervising, and training staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure fast and friendly service is provided to customers
- Execute food program standards and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or supervisory roles
- Skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
- Ability to handle food and maintain safety and security standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous management experience in a retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling and bookkeeping
- Ability to teach and motivate team members
- Relevant college degree(s)
