What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth in company-owned auto parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits
- Promote the full range of products and programs to wholesale customers
- Collaborate with local store managers to create plans for increasing sales and managing leads
- Identify customer needs and align solutions with the employer's offerings
- Conduct educational seminars and presentations on product lines and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a retail store or outside sales
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role in a quota-driven environment
- Understanding and demonstration of basic selling skills, including managing customer meetings and closing sales
- Ability to present information effectively in group meetings
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
