      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service
      - Develop and manage site operations to maintain cleanliness and organization
      - Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits
      - Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness
      - Establish effective communication with all site employees and the Market Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED preferred
      - Experience in retail sales preferred
      - Valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
      - Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
      - Proficiency in using a computer for report analysis, inventory control, and cash management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices and conflict resolution
      - Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting
      - Skills in training and developing employees
      - Knowledge of safety procedures in a retail environment
