      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and facilitate the Stormwater Work Group meetings, including preparing agendas and summaries
      - Ensure the Stormwater Work Group meets its charter commitments and workplan goals
      - Prepare and develop plans, reports, and communication materials for the work group
      - Understand municipal stormwater permit requirements and best management practices
      - Serve as a liaison to the Water Quality Program, advising on program interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of nine years of experience in land use, urban, regional, environmental, or natural resource planning, or closely related fields
      - Education involving a major study in relevant planning or environmental fields
      - Valid driver's license
      - Experience in program development or landscape architecture
      - Strong communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an Environmental Planner 3 at the Department of Ecology
      - Additional college credits in relevant fields beyond the required qualifications
      - Familiarity with stormwater management issues and regulations
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
      - Experience in public administration with an environmental emphasis
