      Current Need: Are you ready to make a difference in the world of strategic account management? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Admin to become an integral part of our Strategic Accounts support team.

      What You'll Do: As a STRAT Business Support Admin, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our strategic accounts. Your mission? To validate customer contract eligibility and manage connections within JD Edwards/E1, helping us maintain top-notch service and seamless operations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline customer contract eligibility.

      • Foster relationships with suppliers to help provide thorough review of tier eligibility gaps, as well as promoting consistent lines of communication to maintain supplier blast efficiencies.

      • Obtain supporting contract documentation from suppliers and communicate eligibility issues to internal teams.

      • Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.

      • Ensure that customer contract eligibility is administered accurately through the contract system in accordance with supplier documentation (including loading customer to contracts as supported by supplier, portals, customer, or GPO documentation).

      • Ensure that EDI Cross References is administered accurately through system with supplier documentation

      • Properly work projects according to their specific needs and/or requirements

      Minimum Requirements:

      • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

      Critical Skills:

      • 1+ year experience providing customer or contract administration support

      • Strong Intermediate proficiency with Excel

      • Exceptional ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively in writing.

      • Proven track record of effectively interacting with both internal teams and external clients.

      • Experience working within a high-volume support driven environment with excellent organizational and prioritization skills

      Additional Knowledge:

      • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Salesforce preferred

      • Group Purchasing Organization and/or contract knowledge preferred

      Education:

      • HS Diploma or equivalent required

      Physical Requirements:

      • Standard remote office work

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.       Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $22.14 - $36.90
